Over the years, we have utilized many different gateways & processors for our web hosting payments. This has become very confusing for our billing department and, more important, our clients.

Below you will find information regarding all emails (based on subject of email) you may have received from our billing system and how to correct and update your account.

NOTE: All charges from our new system will appear from "OPEN Management Group" on your billing statement.
Updating and/or Renewing your Billing Account

We are converting / migrating all our clients ( that signed up before 12/1/2005 ) to our new billing system. This new system will give you better management over your billing account and, the ability to view invoices for services charged, at any time you need the record.

This system has taken months to get in place and will take a bit longer to get everyone's existing hosting orders into the system. Your account has already been created, no matter which system below you were previously billed through.

To update your account, please follow the steps below:
  1. Visit https://www.imagelinkusa.net/c/client_login.php ( or click the login link at the top of the page
  2. Click on the "Edit Profile" link on the left menu
  3. Review all information regarding your account, update anything out of date
  4. At the bottom, please update your credit card on file
  5. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page
Once your account is updated, our automated system will notify the billing department of your changes and your account will be brought up to date soon, thereafter.

If you received an email regarding your hosting account, please look below for the "subject" similar to your email to learn more about that message.

ImageLink, Inc./ ImageLink USA - Payment Failure Notification

This email is generated when your billing record from our very first system has expired.

The email instructs you to visit "https://imagelinkusa.net/secure/attendant.php" which, has brought you to this page. The main factor that generates this email is your credit card has expired. Very seldomly will this email be generated for reasons other than expiration or the system has declined the use of your credit card on file.

Since we are converting all automatic billings from this system to our new batching system, you will need to update your billing information from the new client login area.

To update your billing record, please follow the steps above.

Periodic Bill for xxx declined

This email will be generated when your credit card has expired or, has declined the charges in our periodic gateway. Since we are converting all automatic billings from this system to our new batching system, you will need to update your billing information from the new client login area.

To update your billing record, please follow the steps above.

Subscription to xxx has been cancelled

This email is generated from PayPal referencing your subscription with them, for hosting services provided by ImageLinkUSA. You will get this email if your subscription has been cancelled by one of the following items:
  • Removed your credit card on file with PayPal and added a new one
  • Payments failed more than three consecutive times at PayPal
Since we are converting all automatic billings from this system to our new batching system, you will need to update your billing information from the new client login area.

We all understand that help can be needed at all hours of the day. Standard hours of business do not apply when it comes to assisting our clients. Our helpdesk is open, and manned, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year including holidays.

In the event that you need or require support, and your request is submitted through our helpdesk, you are guaranteed a response within 8 hours or we will discount your next months hosting fees 10% for each 4 hour period, after the initial 8 hours, up to 100% of your hosting fees. Please understand that resolutions may take longer to resolve for difficult issues over easy items and we do all we can to resolve all in the same timeframe. The guarantee applies to your initial ticket response, for technical support only, and does not apply to continuous replies thereafter.

To speed up your response time, please make sure that if you have a billing question, submit to billing. Our billing staff works three days a week ( Tuesday, Thursday and Friday ). Our 8 hour guaranteed response time does not apply to these tickets for billing inquiries, only technical support requests.
